At Redthorne LLC ("Redthorne," "we," "us," or "our"), we provide Organizational Stability Assessment services, related consulting, and Business Seal verification services for organizations seeking to understand workplace strain, retention risk, employee experience, and operational friction. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and limit access to information from website visitors, business contacts, clients, and assessment participants.

1. Information we collect

We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate our website, respond to inquiries, deliver client services, administer assessments, protect participant confidentiality, manage billing, and meet legal or business obligations.

  • Website visitors and inquiries: If you contact us, request information, complete a form, schedule a call, or interact with our website, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, company name, role, message content, scheduling details, and any information you choose to provide. We may also collect standard website usage information, such as pages visited, traffic source, browser type, device type, approximate location, and similar analytics data.

  • Assessment participants: If you participate in a Redthorne assessment, we may collect your name or work email when needed for participation control, duplicate prevention, cohort tracking, interview coordination, or internal quality review. We may also collect department, location, role group, tenure range, participation status, assessment responses, written comments, and follow-up interview notes if you voluntarily participate in a follow-up conversation.

  • Clients and business contacts: We may collect business contact information, billing information, company information, employee count ranges, service selections, agreement details, payment records, implementation notes, and other information needed to manage the engagement.

2. How we use information

We use information to respond to inquiries, provide and improve our services, administer assessments, organize participation, analyze workplace patterns, prepare aggregate reports, coordinate optional follow-up interviews, provide consulting support, verify Business Seal status, process payments, maintain records, protect our systems, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with clients or prospective clients about Redthorne services.

  • We do not use assessment responses to make employment decisions, rank individual employees, evaluate individual performance, or provide individual disciplinary recommendations to an employer.

3. Participant confidentiality and reporting limits

Redthorne is designed to protect participant confidentiality while giving leadership useful organizational evidence. Client reports use aggregated findings, summarized themes, and business translation. We do not provide employers with individual names tied to individual assessment answers, individual written comments, or individual interview statements.

Because some teams, departments, or role groups may be small, Redthorne may combine or suppress reporting slices when we believe a category could reasonably identify a participant. We may also edit or summarize open-text comments before reporting themes to reduce the risk of indirect identification while preserving the substance of the workplace pattern.

4. Service providers and third-party tools

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We use service providers to help operate our website, forms, scheduling, email, file storage, billing, analytics, automation, and internal business systems. These may include tools such as Wix, Typeform, Microsoft 365, Outlook, OneDrive, Excel, Teams, Bookings, QuickBooks, Make.com, Google Analytics, and similar providers used to deliver and support our services. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us, subject to their own privacy and security terms.

5. Website analytics and cookies

Our website may use cookies, analytics tags, or similar technologies to understand how visitors find and use the site, improve page performance, evaluate content, and support basic marketing measurement. Analytics tools may collect information such as device type, browser, approximate location, pages viewed, referral source, and interactions with the site. You can adjust cookie settings through your browser, and some analytics providers offer their own opt-out tools.

6. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. These safeguards may include access restrictions, multi-factor authentication, secure file storage, encryption in transit where available, limited internal access, and separation of participant-level data from client-facing reporting where appropriate. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we work to limit collection, access, and exposure.

7. Data retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, to provide services, maintain business records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and support legitimate business needs. Aggregated and de-identified organizational findings may be retained for benchmarking, service improvement, and year-over-year comparison. Participant identifiers are kept only as long as needed for project administration, verification, quality control, optional interview coordination, or legal and business recordkeeping, then deleted, archived, or separated from response content when no longer needed.

8. Your choices and requests

You may contact us to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or limits on the use of personal information we maintain about you. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Some information may need to be retained where required for legal, security, contractual, accounting, dispute resolution, or legitimate business purposes.

9. Legal disclosures and safety limits

We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, regulatory request, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, security, prevent misuse, investigate suspected wrongdoing, or enforce agreements. Redthorne services do not provide legal, financial, medical, or individualized employment advice.
