The Redthorne Business Seal recognizes organizations that meet Redthorne’s organizational stability standards through an independent employee assessment and final professional review.
The Seal is not purchased or automatically awarded. It reflects the organization’s results at the time of verification and remains connected to a public record where employees, applicants, customers, and business partners can confirm its current status.

What the Business Seal Represents
The Redthorne Business Seal gives organizations a credible way to show that workplace stability has been independently examined rather than simply claimed.
Qualification is based on employee reported working conditions, their effects on daily operations and retention, and Redthorne’s final review of the completed Organizational Stability Assessment.
An active Seal means the organization met Redthorne’s standards at the time of qualification and holds a current public verification record.
It does not mean the workplace is perfect or that every employee has the same experience. It means the organization demonstrated a level of stability that earned independent recognition.
How the Business Seal Is Earned
Organizations can be considered for the Redthorne Business Seal in two ways.
Through the Organizational Stability Assessment: Every complete Organizational Stability Assessment includes a Business Seal determination. Organizations that meet Redthorne’s standards receive the Seal and a public verification record at no additional cost.
Through Business Seal Verification: Organizations that primarily want independent verification may complete the standalone Business Seal Verification without purchasing the detailed Diagnostic Booklet and Strategic Review. This option is also available for previous recipients seeking renewal.
Both paths use the same assessment and qualification standards. Payment begins the verification process but does not guarantee that the organization will qualify.
Verified Recognition
Every legitimate Redthorne Business Seal is connected to a public record showing the organization’s name, qualification date, valid through date, and official website.
The public directory allows employees, applicants, customers, and business partners to confirm that a displayed Seal is current and belongs to the organization using it.
Qualification applies only through the valid through date shown. Organizations must complete a new verification to continue displaying the Seal after that date.
