Post Assessment Consulting
When selected findings require greater context, consulting follows them deeper into the organization to understand how the issue is taking shape within the company’s people, processes, leadership, and daily operations.
$7,000 per 20 hour block
Consulting is priced at $350 per hour and reserved in 20 hour blocks.
The focus is established from the assessment results and may include:

Examining processes, responsibilities, communication paths, and decision making

Business Seal Verification
For organizations that already feel confident in their workplace and primarily need independent verification, we offer a standalone path to the Business Seal without the detailed Diagnostic Booklet and Strategic Review.
$3,500 For organizations with up to 150 employees
$30 for each additional employee.
