Our Commitment to Absolute Participant Anonymity At Redthorne LLC, we believe that an accurate organizational diagnosis is impossible without absolute trust. The entire architecture of the Phase I Organizational Friction Audit is built upon a strict, legally binding data privacy framework designed to protect the identity of every individual participant. 1. The Anonymity Firewall Redthorne LLC acts as an independent, third-party data custodian. Under our standard Client Engagement Agreement, individual survey responses, metadata, and personal identifiers are strictly walled off from corporate management. Client companies are legally prohibited from attempting to de-anonymize, trace, or identify individual employee feedback. 2. Macro-Aggregation Protocol To eliminate the risk of accidental identification, all qualitative and quantitative data collected during the digital assessment phase undergoes strict macro-aggregation. Data Masking: Individual text responses are scrubbed of identifying details or parsed into broad thematic categories. Minimum Thresholds: No department-specific or demographic-specific data will be isolated or reported if the sample size falls below our strict anonymity threshold. Smaller teams are automatically aggregated into larger operational divisions to protect individual identities. 3. Data Minimization & Retention We only collect the data necessary to isolate structural liabilities and calculate organizational macro-metrics (such as eNPS). Once the digital assessment window closes, individual survey links and temporary access tokens are immediately decoupled from response data. High-level, macro-aggregated metrics are retained securely for historical benchmarking and year-over-year tracking. 4. Participant Rights Participation in the Phase I assessment is entirely voluntary. Every participant has the right to review our Assessment Privacy Disclosure prior to submitting responses, ensuring complete transparency regarding how their inputs are processed, protected, and finalized. By maintaining a total separation between individual identities and executive reporting, Redthorne LLC ensures a safe, objective, and risk-free environment for candid organizational feedback.
